Women and Youth Empowerment
Empowered Women are equipped and allowed to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society, given an opportunity to redefine gender roles or other such roles, which may allow them more freedom to pursue their desired goals. It promotes their sense of self-worth, ability to determine their own choices, and right to influence social change for themselves and others.
We believe women and youth empowerment is a key to having total motivation in attempting new strategies for alleviating poverty; It consents giving responsibility and power, which can create more value and stimulate innovations.
Empowered youth are encouraged to take charge of their lives by improving their access to resources transforming their consciousness through their beliefs, values, and attitudes. The empowered youth feel confident and capable of becoming active contributors and collaborators, excited to explore their impact on the world around them.
Youth empowerment can curb the rate of poverty to a more significant extent. One of the keys to empowering the youth is skill development. Equipping young people with essential skills can feed, assist others, and even invest for future use, aiding the nation economically.
